Tianu Gift Card:
• The Tianu Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
• The voucher can be redeemed against purchases at Tianu stores in Mumbai and Hyderabad, and on www.tianufurniture.com only.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refund under any circumstances.
• The voucher may be redeemed in one or multiple transactions. If the purchase value exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer using another accepted payment method.
• If the purchase value is lower than the voucher value, the remaining balance may be used in subsequent transactions within the validity period.
• Tianu will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, and no replacement will be issued in such cases.
• The validity period of the voucher cannot be extended or revalidated once expired.
• The voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift card or voucher.
• Gift vouchers cannot be combined with certain promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
• Tianu reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
